Welp. The weekend is over. I'm going to have to get used to these 4 day weekends!! So amazing to have that many days off of school, even if they mean doing a lot of homework for my classes. Boo.
All in all this weekend was pretty good. Friday night was spent at the house of hummus and the boro for my favorite gal's birthday, Jenna Pucketts. We had a chill night just hanging out with everyone and celebrating her birthday at midnight with some blue moon. I later went home and passed out because I have work almost every friday, saturday and sunday. Saturday was filled with work, and and laziness as well but it was fun. Sunday I went to look at puppies at petsmart because I've been lacking some kind of cuteness in this world....I was having withdrawls basically. It was fun to play with all the baby puppies, but I really wanted to take one home. But alas, I must wait til that day when I get a cute lil house with a yard and fence so my pup can play instead of being cooped up inside. I also went to chuys with my family and tyler before sending my parents off to vegas for the week (oh how I wish I could go!).
Last night I went to Nashville to support some local Murfreesboro bands, Hanzelle, Yoseph y Zilla, and Technikiller. The show was at Mercy Lounge, which is always awesome. Last night was filled with good vibes and old friends. I enjoyed just hanging out and listening to some awesome tunes everyone should know about. I really enjoyed Murfreesboro coming out and respecting their music scene. Nashville really should get it together...Murfreesboro knows what's up.
And now it's a lazy gloomy hazy Tuesday and I'm about to hit up my second and last class of the day...probably will go home and snooze a bit before my 6-9 Wine Appreciation class with my dear Jenna. SO excited to be in this class....it's going to be definitely interesting.
